Aluminium Tripolyphosphate Anticorrosive and Rustproof Pigment
This coloring pigment is able to widely substitute conventional toxic antirust pigments such aslead red and zinc chrome yellow in the production of various prime coats and combined coating materials.With good compatibility with varnish paints, it can be used together with various coloring pigments,filing agents and antirust pigmentsin the production of high performance anti-corrosion coating materials.Specifically it is applicable to the production ofdissolvent type of coating materials such as formaldehyde phenol resin,alkide resin,epoxy resin,epoxy polyester andacrylic resin as well as water-soluble epoxy ester dipping paint. Besides,it is also applicable to the preparation of highbuild paint, powder coating,organic titanium anti-corrosion coating,on-rust paint,bituminous paint, zinc-rich primer,fire-retardant coating,heat-resistant paint,etc.
Modified Aluminum Tripolyphosphate is suitable for production of water paint while Aluminum Tripolyphosphate is suitable for oil paint. Aluminum Dihydrogen Tripolyphosphate can also be used as a curing agent forSodium silicate.

Product performance & application
►Tripolyphosphate radical can be generated chelate with all kinds of metal ions, formed in the coated surfaces of the purification of membrane, have a strong inhibition effect of corrosion of steel and light metal, after coating, its rust corrosion isolation have passivation remarkable effect, as antirust ability can be improved 1-2 times of red lead and its series and part of chrome antirust pigment.
►In the coating formulation with less usage amount, low unit cost, compare with using red lead and zinc chrome yellow, dosage can reduce more than 10- 20%, if it reasonable use in coating system, it can substitute about 20-40% for titanium dioxide, about 40-60% for zinc powder, reduce the cost of production around 20-40%.
►t can significantly improve the coating performance, enhance the property about 20-40% of whiteness tenacity, condense, glossiness, weather resistance, moisture-proof, sun resistance, dirt resistance and acidity resistance.

Transport & storage
In order to avoid weathering, it should be stored in a dry place while avoiding drastic changes in temperature. Products that have been packaged should be closed to prevent moisture absorption and pollution
